Squish Blvd Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order with Squish Blvd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. Pre-Order Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your pre-order item(s). This deposit secures your inventory and covers ordering and processing costs.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance, plus applicable shipping charges, will be invoiced once your order arrives and is ready to ship.
Payment is due within 3 calendar days of receiving your invoice.
3. Failure to Pay
If the remaining balance and shipping charges are not paid within 3 calendar days of receiving your invoice:
- Your order will be canceled.
- Your reserved inventory may be offered to another customer.
- Your 50% deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
4. Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival dates are provided by our suppliers and are estimates only. Manufacturer production, shipping delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect arrival times. Squish Blvd cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
5. If We Cannot Fulfill Your Order
If a manufacturer or supplier cancels an item, cannot fulfill our order, or Squish Blvd is otherwise unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund of all money paid, including your deposit.
6. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated when your order is ready to ship and will be included on your final invoice.
7. Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are made. Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple shipments.
8. Address Changes
Please notify us immediately if your shipping address changes before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
9. Product Variations
Colors, packaging, and minor cosmetic variations from manufacturer photos may occur and are not considered defects.
10. All Sales Final
All pre-order sales are final except when Squish Blvd is unable to fulfill your order as outlined in this policy.
11. Agreement
By placing a pre-order and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Pre-Order Policy.
