Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

 

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos and videos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours will not qualify for replacement.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging variations, or manufacturer differences do not qualify for refunds or replacements especially for dupe items.

 

For Pre-Orders, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
