Terms of Service

By placing an order with Squish Blvd, you agree to the following:

• You have read all product descriptions before purchasing, including clear labeling of dupe and authentic items.
• Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items require separate orders.
• Shipping for Pre-Orders is invoiced separately once inventory arrives.
• Failure to pay the final Pre-Order invoice within the requested timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
• Product colors and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes.
• Squish Blvd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
• Inspired products are sold as inspired items and are not represented as authentic branded merchandise.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
